My family and I have been in the restaurant business for almost 40 years and although it’s a very fulfilling business at times it also has its ups and down and I’m sure anyone in this business or any business would agree. I called and spoke to Joel and we set up an appointment. He was knowledgeable, and understanding, he addressed all my concerns in a very professional manner. I’ve been in business many years, to say that I get calls everyday concerning my credit card processing is and understatement. I’ve sat with many providers and every one of them was concerned of beating each other’s rates. Until, I sat with a representative from Genesis. First off, I must say through the years of ups and downs I’ve never received any help or support from any bank in my times of need it seems that all they care about is their banking business. I happen to be very familiar with the cash advance product and must say it has helped me keep my business from bust and eventually expand into 4 other different locations. Although I really wasn’t happy with the actual factor rate that the money cost but I didn’t have a choice because the banks wanted collateral (which I didn’t have) or a credit score that I couldn’t even get close to at the time. Although the cash has obviously helped me I really never received the service that I would have liked being a long time customer. I was then referred to Genesis. I must say the service is outstanding they go on to explain in other ways how their cash advance system works and how you would get your business to pay off itself. They had more than one product to offer as well and not only that, the rate I was paying for years wasn’t even comparable to what genesis had to offer, so I switched. It was the best move I’ve made. Since the inception of our relationship I’ve called and asked a dozen questions to my rep at Genesis and never once and no matter what time or where, did he even care. All he cared about was servicing me and addressing my needs, which means a lot to me. Everyone in this industry knows how hectic it can get at times and to be a phone call away to get what I need makes it all that much easier.
